As a key project in Hainan Province, the total investment of Phoenix Island wharf and island-filling project is over 10 billion yuan. After it was built at the end of 2016, it will have an 80,000-ton berth, three 150,000-ton berths and a 225,000-ton berth, five large luxury cruises can be docked at the same time, the annual reception capacity can reach more than 2 million people, and it becomes one of the largest cruise harbors in Asia.

The company will also invest 20 billion yuan to build the cruise port as a high-end tourist resort island complex with five major themes of cruise theme leisure port, silk road FTA, marine hydrophilic tourist bay, health resort health site and cultural entertainment island.

Since the navigation of Phoenix International Cruise Port in 2007, it has received 587 international and domestic cruise voyages and 967,000 passengers for inbound and outbound until June, 2016.
